Web Site Updates

NOTE: This web site works best with a screen resolution of 800 x 600 pixels or more and Microsoft Internet Explorer, Google Chrome browser, or Apple's Safari browserMozilla Firefox browser handles most pages properly however on some pages, bulleted items are double-spaced. We are working to correct that. Since many of the pages and downloadable files are large, a high speed internet connection is strongly recommended.

Having trouble downloading a PDF?

Try right-clicking on the download link. One of the choices in the resulting drop-down menu will be something like Save Target As... or Save Link As... Select that one. A Save As dialog box will open for you to specify where to place the file. Once you have picked a folder for the file, click Save and the file should be downloaded to your computer. Depending on the speed of your internet connection, this may take awhile. Once the file is on your computer, navigate to where you stored it and open it using Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Reader. The reader is available free at www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html
